This website presents my work in architectural design, illustration, and training. This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit the site, contact me, or book one of my services, how I use it, and the rights you have over it.
Information I collect
I only collect the information needed to answer you, work with you, and keep this site running.
Information you give me: your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, and anything else you include when you use the contact form, request a quote, or sign up for a training session.
Project information: plans, briefs, reference images, site details, or other documents you share for an architectural design or illustration project.
Training information: attendance, the level or needs you tell me about, and feedback forms for workshops and courses.
Browsing data: basic technical data collected automatically, such as browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, through analytics and cookies.
How I use your information
To reply to your messages and prepare quotes or proposals
To deliver architectural design, illustration, or training work and communicate about it
To organise training sessions and send course materials, attendance confirmations, or certificates
To send invoices and meet my accounting and legal obligations
To understand how the site is used and improve it
To send occasional news about my work, only if you have agreed to it (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Legal basis
I am based in France, and your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). I process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract or take steps before one (a quote, commission, or training booking), to comply with legal obligations, and for my legitimate interest in running and improving this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and improve your experience. As required under French law, non-essential cookies are only placed with your consent, which you can give or refuse through the cookie banner. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Sharing your information
I never sell your personal data. I only share it with service providers who help me run my activity (website hosting, email, analytics, payment, or training platforms), with collaborators directly involved in your project when needed, or when the law requires it.
Your work and images
I may show completed architectural design or illustration projects, or photos from training sessions, in my portfolio. I always ask for your permission before showing confidential projects, client names, or images where people can be identified, and I will remove them if you ask.
Data retention
I keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for: while we are in contact or working together, then as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Contact messages that don’t lead to a project are deleted after a reasonable period.
Data security
I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but I work to keep your information safe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, restrict or object to how it is used, and withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, email me at the address below and I will reply within one month.
If you think your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) at www.cnil.fr.
